(hey that's how the car business works so I understand totally) However I couldn't believe that Don personally called me and informed me of the sale, which was awesome.I refuse to go to another dealer because he was just that kind so we are actively looking for another vehicle for my family. Due to an emergency situation on my end, I had to leave and planned to come back that Monday but the car sold soon as I left. I also interacted with the manager and he was nothing short of amazing. If you ever visit Sunrise make sure to request DON because you will have the easiest non-pressured experience ever and leave feeling satisfied and not stressed out like other dealerships can make you feel especially when you are a woman going in by yourself. I would strongly suggest Sunrise Chevrolet service department for not only my GM products but for any vehicle. The service call was proactive vs reactive. We have contacted the owner and hope to have it back up soon. We were kept informed throughout our extensive service process.
